SHIPPING & BILLING ADDRESSES

Please note your billing and shipping addresses must match or your order will be canceled.

There is an option for Priority Shipping (2 day service)for all items. Your other option is to save on shipping and have your order sent 1st class (3 to 5 day service).

RETURN POLICY

Your order is shipped with return labels and a return form. Provided your order was not damaged, please use the labels and return form so that we may correct your order should changes be necessary.

You will be responsible for shipping items back to us. You will NOT be charged for us to ship your corrected order to you.

If your order was damaged please contact Moosebay via email with the following information so we may replace your order.

- Your shipping address

- Your order number

- The item code(s). If you need codes visit our websit.

- Item quantities.

- We prefer you send a digital image of damaged merchandise. In lieu of that, please supply a description of the damage.

If a second consecutive order is damaged or lost, Moosebay reserves the right to refund your purchase. If shipments to you are consistently damaged or lost, Moosebay clearly is unable to supply our products to you intact and thereby reserves the right to discontinue service.
